 Spring Valley Lake Real Estate
Our community of Spring Valley Lake was formed by a company known as Boise Cascade. The land was purchased from a company known as Unit Land. This project was formed in 1968. The land was part of Kalin. Lake construction began in 1969. January 1,1970 pumps filled the lake with 1,080,000,000 gallons of water. It took a month for the mile long lake to be filled. The lake covers 200 surface acres and almost 7 miles of shoreline. The Golf Course and country club followed after the completion of the Lake.
